Structural Form of Box Girder Formwork
1. Box girders are in the form of end molds wrapping side molds and bottom molds supporting end molds;
2. The side mold and the end mold are connected to each other, adopting the connection form of standard parts, which is convenient for the adjustment of the end mold, and the end mold and the bottom mold are connected by standard parts, which is convenient for folding the end mold;
3. The connection between the side mold and the bottom mold adopts the type of tie rod (arranged according to 2m/channel and connected with the side mold truss, 17 points on one side), standard parts (connected by a frame every 300mm, about 100 points on one side) fastening form, Tighten and adjust the length and strength of the tie rod;
4. When the box girder steel formwork is prefabricated, it is necessary to set the reverse arch in the bottom form, and the reverse arch is adjusted to the design drawing requirements through the steel backing plate between the bottom form and the embedded parts of the beam pedestal;
5. The end formwork is designed with a Z-high section. When the drainage slope is assembled on site, we will grind it according to the needs of the other party. Production Requirements of Box Girder Formwork
When designing and manufacturing, it must meet sufficient rigidity strength and stability, and can be reused many times without deformation.
When the bottom mold is processed and manufactured, the deviation between its center line and the design position shall not be greater than 2 mm, and its overall flatness shall not be greater than 2 mm/m.
The bottom mold and the pedestal should be welded firmly.
The side molds should be manufactured in sections, the joints should be tight, the welds should be polished flat, and the flatness of the board surface should be less than 2mm/m, and the misalignment should not be greater than 1mm.
There should be no problems or defects on the contact surface between the formwork and the concrete, including welding scars, pits, burns, etc.
